WE HAVE LAUNCHED OUR WOMEN'S CAREER AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM!
As IGA Academy, we have successfully launched our Women's Career and Leadership Development Program, which aims to contribute to the entire aviation ecosystem and focuses on nurturing women leaders within the company.
Through this initiative, IGA Academy aims to contribute to the strengthening of gender equality and women's leadership in the light of our core value of 'Continuous Improvement.
Our program will consist of 5 months of in-person and online training sessions, both internal and external mentorship processes, external coaching groups, and practical workshops.
We hope the program, with its planned success stories and regular feedback, will be beneficial to our IGA family and the entire aviation ecosystem.
