A NEW STEP IN OUR GLOBAL LEADERSHIP JOURNEY: IATA EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TRAINING AT ISTANBUL AIRPORT
At Istanbul Airport, we proudly hosted the IATA Executive Leadership Training, a program that reaffirmed leadership as not just a managerial role, but a true journey of transformation.
Throughout the program, participants explored diverse leadership styles while experiencing how coaching techniques can empower them to develop their teams more effectively. The training reimagined processes such as communication, decision-making, and feedback, while emphasizing the importance of leadership behaviors aligned with corporate culture.
For us at İGA Academy, this program represented far more than a knowledge exchange with global aviation professionals. It also highlighted the human-centered dimension of leadership in aviation, underscoring the impact leaders have beyond operational success.
