STRENGTHENING OUR TRAINING CAPACITY WITH ACI TRAIN THE TRAINER PROGRAM
At İGA Academy, we are proud to have successfully completed the ACI – Train the Trainer Program, further enhancing our airport training capacity and ensuring sustainable quality in knowledge transfer.
Delivered by Airports Council International (ACI) experts, the program covered critical themes such as adult learning principles, training design, presentation techniques, classroom management, and assessment strategies. By the end of the program, our participants were equipped with the skills needed to guide and facilitate learning processes effectively.
This initiative marks a significant step in empowering our in-house trainers to deliver training at international standards. It also reinforces our commitment to strengthening institutional knowledge and systematically expanding the reach of learning across our organization.
