ISTANBUL AIRPORT PROUDLY ANNOUNCES PARTICIPATION IN THE EU-FUNDED INCLAVI PROJECT!
As part of the European Union-funded INCLAVI project, we are delighted to share that Istanbul Airport, alongside other EU member airports and universities, has made significant progress in developing an accredited online learning platform.
This platform is designed to train aviation sector personnel to better serve people with disabilities (PwD) and others with special access needs.
During the INCLAVI mid-term meeting held in Madrid, discussions were focused on curriculum development, certification, and best practices. Our representatives from Customer Experience and İGA Academy were present at the meeting to take the necessary actions on behalf of our airport.
This innovative and inclusive training platform aims to enhance service quality within the aviation sector, with modules accessible via the Learning Management System (LMS) and a mobile application, all adhering to international standards.
