OUR TURKISH HOSPITALITY TRAINING CONTINUES WITHOUT INTERRUPTING!
Our Turkish Hospitality project, which is at the heart of our strategic goals and the service understanding of IGA, continues with success.
Today, in a world where the aviation industry is in a constant change, we desire to make IGA a brand with Turkish hospitality. As the IGA family, education is at the heart of our identity and we aim to touch peoples’ souls, capture the moments that make a difference, and to introduce our beautiful values to our esteemed guests.
As part of our training program, which is carefully crafted by experts in the field and tailored to the service understanding of our institution, 5,452 of our colleagues at our Airport, have been trained in Turkish hospitality. Our trainings are constantly updated/upgraded at regular intervals.
