GLOBAL KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE: WELCOMING THE SOUTH KOREAN DELEGATION
İstanbul Airport recently hosted two distinguished delegations from South Korea’s Incheon International Airport, strengthening our ongoing partnership in operational excellence, training, and infrastructure development.
On April 17–18, three senior representatives from the Incheon International Airport Audit Committee visited Istanbul Airport to explore best practices and share insights. Earlier that month, on April 11, we also had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Kyu Jin Lee, Head of Airport Business Development at Samsung C&T Corporation and Manager at Incheon International Airport.
During these visits, the delegations took part in in-depth presentations and site tours focused on terminal operations, digital transformation strategies, and passenger experience management. These sessions not only enhanced knowledge exchange between the two airports but also highlighted Istanbul Airport’s capabilities on the global stage.
Adding a special touch to the program, our secondee from Incheon Airport, Ms. Seoyeon Hong, who is currently working with us at Istanbul Airport, also joined the exchanges, embodying the spirit of collaboration that drives our partnership.
