CONNECTING WITH INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS AND ACADEMICS THROUGH THE ISTANBUL AIRPORT EXPERIENCE
At İGA Academy, we were proud to host international groups of students and academics at Istanbul Airport, under the leadership of our Customer Experience Team.
Participants from Hogeschool van Amsterdam, Breda University of Applied Sciences, Estonian Aviation Academy, and Özyeğin University embarked on a valuable learning journey by exploring the Istanbul Airport passenger experience first-hand.
As part of the program, our guests had the opportunity to gain insights into our state-of-the-art baggage handling system, while also experiencing the highest service standards offered to passengers with disabilities (PwD) and persons with reduced mobility (PRM) — which received particular recognition and appreciation.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all colleagues and contributors who made this meaningful exchange possible, as we continue our determined journey toward excellence in aviation.
