Our "Turkish hospitality" project, which is at the heart of our strategic goals and the service understanding of our IGA, continues to move without speeding up!
Today, when the world's aviation industry dynamic is in a constant change, we desire to make the IGA a brand with Turkish hospitality and create brand ambassador from our guests from all over the world. As the IGA family, we aim to touch people at the heart of our education, capture the moments that make a difference, and to introduce them to our esteemed guests, both our airport and our country's beautiful value.
As part of our training program, which is carefully crafted by experts in the field and tailored to the service understanding of our institution, 5,452 of our colleagues at our Airport, which we call home, have been trained in Turkish hospitality. Our training continues to be updated at regular intervals.
